Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 November 2026. This policy applies to https://vexquri.cfd and to any enquiry you send us through it.

Who we are

This website is operated by Wren & Whim Confectionery, 2717 Huntington Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55416, USA. For anything in this policy, the contact address is info@vexquri.cfd or +1 (612) 871-5147.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the order request form:

• Your name — so we know who we are replying to.
• Your email address — so we can answer you. This is the only channel we use for replies.
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it — used only if we cannot reach you by email about an order.
• The candy, quantity and message you send — so we can price and plan your request.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details through this website. Please never send card numbers by email or through the form.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no social media tracker on this site.
• No account, no password, no profile. There is no login anywhere.
• No data bought from third parties, and none sold to anyone.

Cookies

The site sets a single technical cookie when you open the request form. It exists only to slow down automated spam submissions and to keep your form working between page loads. It contains a random session identifier, no personal information, and it expires when you close your browser. There are no marketing or preference cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie banner here.

How we use what you send

To answer your enquiry, quote your order, plan a batch, arrange pick-up or shipping, and keep a record of what was agreed. We may email you about your own order. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing email unless you specifically ask us to.

Who else sees it

Your message arrives by email at info@vexquri.cfd, which means it passes through our email provider and our hosting provider's mail service. They process it on our instructions as service providers. We do not share your details with anyone else unless we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

Order enquiries and the resulting correspondence are kept for up to 24 months, because we often have the same customers come back the following season and it is helpful to remember what they liked. After that, they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will do that and confirm by email.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@vexquri.cfd and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you also have the rights those laws give you — access, correction, deletion, portability and objection — and we will honour them in the same way. We will never charge you for exercising them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and filtered on the server before they reach our inbox, and the form includes anti-spam measures that do not fingerprint you. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold small on purpose, which is the most effective protection there is.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to outside services, for example a map link to help you find the workshop. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we have no control over them.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the effective date above. We will not apply a new policy to information you sent us under an older one without telling you.
